Theory Topics
What makes up the emergency team, Indications of BLS, Danger, Response, Airway, Breathing,Circulation, Defibrillation, Safety measures, individual responsibilities and common complications.
Practical Topics
Assessment of victim in cardio-pulmonary arrest situation, Implementing appropriate BLS interventions,Preparation of victim and environment for effective resuscitation, Problem solving particular aspects.
Assessment Methods
Class discussion, oral questioning, practical assessment and observation of correct BLS techniques.
Course Award
On successful completion of this course, participants will be issued with a certificate of attendance.
