
Course Content:
This course intends to explain the concepts of ECG and also helps to identify abnormal ECG rhythms and their management. The course comprises of:
• General introduction to ECG including basic anatomy and electrical conduction of the heart.
• Normal ECG rate and rhythm
• Rate calculation
• Causes and Treatment of Abnormal ECG rhythms in various Arrhythmias
Assessment methods:
The evaluation of the participant’s performance is done through Class Discussion, Oral Questions, Quiz and Multiple Choice Test conducted during and after the course.
Course award:
On completion of this course, participants will be issued with a certificate of attendance.

Attending this short course is useful for every medical personnel working either in an acute or advanced care setting and even for those working in a Community based care setting.
